Because You Asked For It.
Oh, hi.
I’ve switched now to Tumblr, leaving my old blog active - just for LiveJournal purposes iContest.
.
Tumblr layout looks really cool - it looks even cool-er in Mac. Whee.
How was my day? Well, it’s kinda okay except I woke up too late at around 9:30. I think it’s still justifiable since I was still awake at 3:00 AM last nite this morning.
My study progress? SUCKS. I repeat, S.U.C.K.S. I still have one report due - Yes, I prolongated the submission date already for almost a week now. And my tutor (who apparently has more control over my lecturer - thank goodness for that!) was cool about it, but he hasn’t got back to me yet though. Oh I hope he didn’t mind if I submit it tomorrow night. I haven’t started any serious studies, too.
I am trying to post a new photo in every post - so it will not look too dull, hopefully.
Oh I got this nice poem - it’s really inspirational to me.
When things go wrong, as they sometimes will,
When the road you’re trudging seems all uphill, When the funds are low and the debts are high, And you want to smile, but you have to sigh, When care is pressing you down a bit- Rest if you must, but don’t you quit.
Life is queer with its twists and turns,
As every one of us sometimes learns, And many a fellow turns about When he might have won had he stuck it out. Don’t give up though the pace seems slow - You may succeed with another blow.
Often the goal is nearer than
It seems to a faint and faltering man; Often the struggler has given up Whe he might have captured the victor’s cup; And he learned too late when the night came down, How close he was to the golden crown.
Success is failure turned inside out -
The silver tint in the clouds of doubt, And you never can tell how close you are, It might be near when it seems afar; So stick to the fight when you’re hardest hit - It’s when things seem worst that you must not quit.
Life is queer with its twists and turns,
Often the goal is nearer than
Success is failure turned inside out -
Time to get back to life. I’m off to dinner.
God bless.
