A lucky star’s above, but not for me.
Howdy.
It’s been ups and downs - I’m talking about my study motivation here. Mom is here. She’s the same mom that runs the wake up calls to her children every morning. She will yell out at you if you forget to do your dishes.
Mom’s words motivates me a lot. Thanks, mom.
Oh, back to study motivation, thank God I’m in a good mood right now. There have been so many thoughts in my mind, should I change course? No, no, I’m not talking about switching to Photography or Journalism or Advertising (well I still hope so). I was thinking about giving up my B.Eng and switch to B.Sc instead. It’s still the same course, but… I don’t know. Dad will definetely be the first person who will be peeved, but at the end I’ve got to choose my own life path. Well, let’s see. B.Sc will have fewer units than the B.Eng.
I’m having my first paper tomorrow. It’s okay actually, apart from one particular chapter that I don’t really get the hang of.
Oh, it’s my birthday today! We’re having small celebration - a dinner at some random chinese restaurant at the Esplanade. Only mom and sis, plus my cousin and Raisa. Glad that mom loves it. Oh, she’s the biggest concern of our restaurant choice.
Then, bunch of these crazy-slash-awesome people rocked up, Mendi, Wendy, Jon, Audrey. Thanks for the ‘neat’ surprise! Thanks for the present too. Can’t believe it I’ll be seeing The Idea of North for the 7th time now. Call me crazy!
So I’ll pray for everybody who’s having exams this week. May God’s blessings be upon us all. AMEN!
